Upon checking our database, I noticed that you have an open thread being assisted by my colleague MLawrence_Y1 ( I am Unable to Login to pearson vue neither i am able schedule my - Training, Certification, and Program Support (microsoft.com). On this thread the moderator asked for a PSR and provided you with the workarounds to have a perspective view of the issue you are encountering during exam registration. You were also advised to contact Pearson VUE or ESI support Contact for immediate assistance when booking the exam.
Moreover, the moderator also informed you that you are using a different profile and was advised to use the very same profile you used when you schedule the exam. Aside from that the moderator also provided you with your log-in credentials through a private message.
