PEARSON VUE APPLICATION STUCK ON WHITE SCREEN

I am having challenges taking my scheduled Microsoft certification. The Pearson Vue application got stuck on white screen so more than 30 mins without loading the questions.

Proctor said he will create a case and I haven't heard anything since then



Also, I'm presently unable to rescheduled.


Please urgently assist.

I am very sorry to hear that you have encountered a technical issue while taking the exam. Allow me to provide you with additional information and direct you to the correct team who handles this type of issue and further assist you in rescheduling your exam. They will be creating a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here. 


Our team is aware of this error and is now trying to communicate to the exam provider to investigate what happened during the exam date. They also advised us to inform the learners to contact Pearson VUE to create a ticket and for exam rescheduling.
