Pearson VUE asked my credit card no., expiry date and CVV code to “help” me book for exam. As Microsoft Certification platform have issue to schedule my exam, and giving such information would impose serious security risk, may I know how can I book exam without giving my credit card info to India team?

Your persistence in scheduling your exam is absolutely wonderful, I recognize your concerns with providing your banking details when trying to schedule an exam directly through Pearson VUE as you are receiving an error when trying to register through the Microsoft Certification platform and is looking for an alternative method. Allow me to help with regards your concern.
Since you are experiencing an issue with the exam registration process, as this normally occurs when you are trying to renew a certification that has already expired by scheduling the same exam, this error will occur as the system still recognizes your initial exam. Normally this issue is resolved by reaching out to Pearson VUE directly and requesting to schedule your exam offline.
With that being said, Pearson VUE will ask for your banking details to process the payment for your exam. Rest assured that any information, including Personal Identifiable Information or Banking details you provide to Pearson VUE will be protected and confidential. Please make sure to use the official Pearson VUE contact information which I will provide below:

Furthermore, as my goal is to make sure you are assisted properly, please share a step-by-step screenshot of the exam registration process by following the steps provided below and if the issue persists, please share the PSR file along with the requested information through the private message that I initiated. Open the latest Microsoft Edge browser and use InPrivate.
Sign-out from the browser and clear cache and delete cookies.
Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.
Then access the Browse Certifications and Exams and select your preferred exam.
Try to register or schedule your exam again. (In case you're using a discount, please refer to the Vouchers and redeeming discounts.)

Using the information you have provided, I have checked the PSR provided as well as your profile, I noticed that you are using a company discount which is a part of the Enterprise Skill Initiative program, with this, the best option to proceed with scheduling your AZ-104 exam is to reach out to the ESI support team on their ESI support Contact page as they are the ones with the specialties to deal with registrations concerning company discounts.

As discussed, since you are trying to utilize a company discount, it is best to reach out to the ESI support team as they can assist you with scheduling your exam as well as making sure that the discount will still apply.
To reach the ESI support team, click this ESI support link and login using your company email, then select the Create Case option and provide the information requested on the "Open a New Case" form and attach all necessary documents such as screenshots of the confirmation email then click submit. You will be provided with a Case ID to track the progress of your case.
Should you need further assistance, you may share the Case ID with me, and I can monitor your case with the ESI support team on your behalf and provide you with updates as soon as I receive them.
Otherwise, if this solves your problem, please indicate "Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
