Hello Support,
Almost **Removed** I booked an AZ-104 exam that cost me almost 200 euros excluding taxes, on your website. After I booked the exam, I found out that my old name did not match my new legal name on my ID.
So I contacted Pearson Vue support to inform them about this, they told me that they can't change my name, only Microsoft can change my legal name.
So there I was on this support site asking you guys to change my name, wich you did nicely :).

**Removed**, the day I wanted to take my exam, Pearson Vue decided to cancel my exam because my name did not match what they have on their system.
After hearing this I was very shocked. I told them that Microsoft changed my legal name **Removed**!!!!
How come they didn't get this or why didn't they check my Microsoft ID. !!!shambles !!!
I'm still pissed because they made it sound like it was my fault because I didn't change my name with Microsoft.
What really pissed me off is that they even told me that the chances of me getting my money back or rescheduling the exam are very slim.
I WANT MY EXAM TO BE RESCHEDULED OR MY MONEY BACK ASAP....... !

Pearson vue also created a ticket on this issue ill send it in private chat.
