Pearson VUE Exam - Reschedule

Hi Team,

During the exam with Pearson vue, i was not able to launch the exam page even though pre-technical requirements are met for the software.

I have raised a case with Pearson VUE has cancelled the exam and asked to re-schedule.

I am not able to re-schedule the exam and need your help.

Please advise.
