Pearson Vue Exam Rescheduling

I had scheduled a certification exam using discount provided by Microsoft Account. But it got cancelled due to technical issues. I raised a ticket on Pearson Vue and was told that i can reschedule the same exam. But its asking me to pay again . And since my Microsoft account is also no longer available, i cant schedule another one with a discount. Kindly help.

  • Company-provided discount
