Pearson Vue | ID not accepted: Is it possible to reschudle my exam and enjoy my voucher even if it's expired, due to an unforeseen administrative problem ?

Hi folks, 



I have a problem and let me explain the context. I had a voucher which was available until *************** and 

I sheduled to pass the AZ-500 certification at this date. But the problem was that my ID was broken in 2 pieces but was sticked 

together with some sticky paper. Whether in the hospital or with the police, I have never had any problem because the chip

is functional. The exam instructor asked me if I had a passport , that was the case but it was expired. The instructor could not answer the question but said me that I could ask the question and that the problem will be noticed on my file. I also ask the question because I think that at any time during the announcement process of the cettification rules, 

It is said explicitly to have a non broken ID,

Please note that Paper form of Ids is not acceptable. They recommend providing PVC documents of id proofs.

Yes I am sir. I have keeped contact with paersonvue support and I received a mail that saying it is not possible to get another voucher (I will post the mail content at the end of this message). For me it is unfairness because I didnt even pass the exam and as i said before, every relevant data on my id card was readable, it was just broken in two pieces but but these two pieces were stuck together with transparent sticky tape ... so for me it is an uncommercial and unfair position from personvue, sorry to say what i think but that is what I feel. As I said, I had a passport that was outdated and i present this to the instructor but I had too a picture of my ID on my pc but the instructor didnt ask me for this and because i was nervous i didnt think about it ( moreover I thought ID card had to be at the time T of the exam taken in picture) so for me I may have the right to enjoy another voucher

As per policy, you may present any original, valid, unexpired form of a government-issued ID for an online proctored exam. No photocopies or
digital IDs are acceptable. Also, your name should be correct on the ID and your Picture should be matching.

We would be happy to guide you. As per policy, the name on the registration should exactly match the name on the ID you intend to present on the exam day. If there is a discrepancy, you will not be allowed to test and will forfeit the exam fee. Since you were not able to present any other form of ID you were not allowed to test.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to compensate you for this exam at no cost. It is the candidate's responsibility when scheduling online, to review the confirmation email to confirm the information is correct and have a correct form of ID at the time of examination so that there shouldn't be an issue. As you were not able to present the correct form of ID, we will not be able to honor your request.

So there is an multionational entreprise like Microsoft which wins billions a year that doesnt want to permit a simple man who just wanna learn and enjoy a voucher he received from the instituion in where he follows a cybersecurity bootcamp, ................. Please answer me and i will never give up because when i am in my rights i never give up as dying animal,........ I am waiting for a solution !!!
