Pearson Vue | Log-in issue: Accessing Microsoft Learn using corporate mail id

Hi,


I have booked my microsoft using the voucher I received from AI Skill Fest Challenge on my corporate mail id.

I can't take the exam on my corporate laptop due to restrictions imposed by IT Admins.

So I am trying to access the exam link using the corporate mail id but is also blocked in my personal laptop.


What is the workaround for taking the exam on the personal laptop since the exam link redirects to Microsoft Learn page which is not accessible from outside the company laptop?

Since you've mentioned that your scheduled exam is linked to your corporate email ID, you'll need to connect it to your personal email address in order to access the exam on your personal laptop. To successfully link your organization account to your Microsoft Learn profile, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the profile icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under Account Management, select Add account.

  4. Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to link.
