Pearson Vue | No Show | Missed | Missed Exam Due to Time Misunderstanding - Request to Reschedule

Dear Training Support Team,


I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I unfortunately missed my scheduled exam via Pearson VUE due to a misunderstanding regarding the time format.


Here are the relevant details for your reference:


  • Exam: MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - English (ENU)

  • MS ID: ***removed***

  • Registration ID: ***removed***

  • Date: ***removed***

  • Time: ***removed***


I mistakenly interpreted the exam time as 01:30 PM and, as a result, I missed the opportunity to take the exam.


I would greatly appreciate your assistance in rescheduling the exam, as I am committed to my studies and eager to complete this assessment.

I have already reached out to Pearson VUE regarding this matter, but their response was not favorable. Please find below the response:


"Dear Test Taker,

Thank you for testing with Pearson VUE. We are contacting you in regards to your request to refund your Microsoft exam scheduled for 22 Jun 2025

At this time, we are unable to refund/reschedule this exam as the appointment was scheduled through your online account and not Pearson VUE. It is the candidate's responsibility, when scheduling online, to review the confirmation email to confirm the information is correct and to be prepared for the date scheduled.

Please note, that Microsoft requires (24 hr.) in advance, before your scheduled appointment time, to reschedule or cancel the registration
