Pearson VUE Online training

My PL-100 exam was cancelled this morning because my Surface Pro 7 device was deemed to not be compatible.

I find this ridiculous because the device passed all system checks and I had used it when I sat my AZ-103 exam.

I was asked by the proctor to rotate my webcam so she could see my desk but the webcam crashed.

Once I stopped the On Vue software lo and behold I could once again rotate my webcam.

Really disappointed with this experience given how much time and effort I’ve put into studying for it.

For any technical issues encountered during the exam, it is recommended to contact the exam vendor to assist you with rescheduling to see the available dates/slots.
