Pearson Vue OnVue Screen stuck at "Please wait while we prepare your exam." for 2 hours - AZ-900

Hi Team,
I followed all the steps as mentioned in the mail for taking Microsoft AZ-900 Test but unfortunately, exam Stuck at ONVue Screen where it stated "Please wait while we prepare your exam.", I waited for the entire time but the exam didn't start and now I am not able to retake or reschedule the exam. Please take appropriate action on this and help to reschedule my exam.
