Pearson Vue Proctor revoked my exam because I moved little from webcam.

Hello

I was taking AZ900 exam on ***removed*** 2023. Pearson Vue Proctor revoked my exam because I moved little away from webcam to silent my ringing smartphone which was kept away from my testing desk. As per the policy, I kept my phone away from my testing desk. Phone got rang in between the exam. I didn't even stood up or moved completely from webcam to silent it. If you see recording I was visible in the webcam. Proctor revoked my exam saying violation of policy and asked to contact to support team.

Is there any way I can retake or reschedule this exam without additional cost?

Thanks
