Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my recent exam by Pearson Vue's proctors. Despite possessing a valid ID card, I was unjustly denied the opportunity to take the MB-300 exam due to purported issues with my identification.
My ID card, issued by the Greek government, conforms to all the criteria outlined in Pearson Vue's Global ID Policy 1. It includes essential features such as my name, photograph, signature, and expiration date, as specified by the policy. This card, a standard laminated paper format for Greek ID cards, is recognized across all EU and Schengen countries. You can check the old-format ID card, which is still valid by the time I'm typing this, here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_identity_card
According to Pearson Vue's policy, there is no stipulation regarding the material composition of the ID card. Therefore, I fail to comprehend why my valid Greek ID card was rejected solely on the basis of its paper format by the proctors overseeing the examination.
The inconvenience caused by this incident has resulted in wasted time and financial resources, and I cannot afford to miss the exam again. Thus, I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to provide me with a satisfactory explanation and resolution. Since the MB-300 exam retired the day after I attempted to give the exam, I would kindly appreciate an equivalent voucher on a different exam as a refund. Lastly, I have informed Pearson Vue about this miscalculation and they have not addressed the issue of official government Greek IDs not being accepted.
Your attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and understanding.
