Pearson Vue Retake Exam

Last week I took my exam for the MS-100 certification, I scheduled it at 7:15 PM local time and at 8:12 PM my place in the queue was 332, at approximately 10:00 PM I was tired of waiting and when I was about to close the OnVUE application my exam started and no moderator contacted me by chat or voice.

I tried to contact customer service but the bot on the Pearson Vue page did not work and no one answered my call on the phone, during the exam I began to have discomfort in my eyes due to fatigue, I am sure that can be seen in the recording of my exam.

I know that they were not technical problems as indicated in the retake exam policies but the time it took to start my exam was too long and that point is not specified anywhere in the exam policies that is why in my opinion I deserve another chance. I also went to see the doctor and I had an eye infection which is why I felt unwell on the day of the exam.
