Pearson Vue Score Report says I passed, email from MS Certification Program says I failed. What?

I took the AZ103 exam yesterday for Azure Administration.  During the exam the practical lab portion crashed twice, but the testing facility was able to get with MS and have it fixed.  I completed the test, but no score was given.  Just a notice to go to www.microsoft.com/learning/dashboard to see my score report.  The person at the testing facility said it could take up to an hour for the results to show up.  When I go to Pearson view site I see this.

When I view the score report it says I passed.  Below are snips from my score report PDF file.

Whoever, several hours later I got an email from Microsoft Certification Program <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> stating I did not pass the exam.  During my exam it crashed and they testing center had to call MS support to get it going again, but I was able to finish it.  I'm not sure if this is causing and issue or not.

This email is really causing me stress.  I've contacted Pearson Vue and they said to contact MS when I called a number they told me to come here.  I'm not sure what's going on but it's really causing me some stress.  I don't know if anyone from MS checks here to look into this.

Usually, after passing an exam, it will take 24-48 hours for the exam score result to appear on your MCP profile dashboard.

However, we are already aware that there are some candidates having this same issue that they passed the exam but unable to see the score results on their dashboard or they will be receiving an email to retake the exam.
