Pearson Vue | Technical Issue | Frozen Screen: Microsoft Administrator 104 certification exams login wont work

Hi Team,


I have scheduled Administrator Associate 104 yesterday via pearson vue but I cant able to launch exam due to my machine issue or pearson website problem. Is it possible to reschedule that exam and reattempt that one please.
