Pearson Vue | Technical Issue: Not getting my exam results even after 7 days gone

Hi, My name is *****REMOVED***** and I already have opened a ticket to get Results of Azure AI-102 exam that was held on *****REMOVED*****. Normally, they publish the results within 24 hours. But it is 7 days gone and not got my certification results. I have real concerns in this matter. I applied through Microsoft Learn for the exam and my exam was through PearsonVue. Don't know what is their internal matters but they are not publishing my results on my profile. When I contact with Microsoft Learn, they ask me ti contact PearsonVue for the exam's score report. Pearson is not providing the report because they'll provide it to Microsoft learn that is real authority to get results from PearsonVue and publish it to MS learn profile. I am really disappointed by the service of both Microsoft Learn as well as PearsonVue.
