Pearson Vue | Technical Issue | Other: can I reschedule the exam again in test center because the questions are not shown?

I recently attempted to take my Microsoft certification exam online ***removed***. My system passed all the required pre-checks successfully, and the exam environment began launching. However, after reached the setting up stage, no exam questions were displayed. shortly afterwards, the proctored contacted me and informed me that the test could not be launched on my system. as a result, the exam was revoked and i was advised to reschedule the exam at a test center. I would like to request assistance in rescheduling my exam at nearby test center soon as possible. please let me know the next steps or if any additional information is needed from my side.


It shows "We're securing your computer and launching your exam. this step can take up to 2 minutes "

but the questions were not displayed so i reported to the proctor
