Pearson Vue | Technical Issue: The exam screen got hanged few minutes into the exam

Hello! I was scheduled for a Microsoft certification exam today. Few minutes after starting the exam, my screen got hanged. I reached out to the proctors via chats, they said they were working on it of which they could not provide solution. Hence, the exam stopped halfway. What can I do? I have contacted the customer service through mail, of which its going to take 3-5 working days.
