I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding an issue I encountered while attempting the AZ-104 exam via Pearson VUE. Unfortunately, I could not complete the exam due to technical and procedural difficulties.
Here are the details of my issue:

Webcam Visibility Issue: The proctor mentioned multiple times that my webcam was not visible, despite my attempts to resolve the issue.
Background Task Interruption: Due to background tasks running on my system, the exam session was revoked multiple times, and I could not proceed smoothly.
Attempted Transition to Another Laptop: To resolve the technical issues, I stepped away from my desk for about 2 minutes to bring another laptop to continue the exam. However, during this time, the proctor closed my exam window, citing a policy violation.
Lack of Resolution from Pearson VUE Support: After the exam session was terminated, I contacted Pearson VUE support for help. Unfortunately, their response was unsatisfactory, and they redirected me to Microsoft for further assistance.
As a college student with limited financial resources, I cannot afford to reschedule the exam. I kindly request you to review my case and consider providing a solution, such as a free reschedule or any other appropriate remedy.
