PearsonVue unexpectedly freeze while reviewing the exam.. Exam has not been submitted :(

Hi Support team,

I just want to report an incident happen to me while taking a pearsonvue proctored online exam. As I was reviewing my exam today, the onvue app froze,  I reported it to the proctor via chat and apparently I can't exit the app on my mac so he instructed me to restart my pc.. after restarting, and opening the onvue app, and while i was allowed to re-enter to the exam, the app unexpectedly crash reporting an error. and it completely finished the exam. I can't re-enter anymore using the access code. I have completed to answer the questions though but I'm not sure if that will be automatically submitted. I'm afraid that my exam will forfeited because of their buggy onvue App.

Exam is AZ103
