Performance by Exam Section in AZ-700 Exam

When I took my AZ-700 exam, the paper they printed for me wasn't readable and because of that, I cannot tell which section I performed worst.

Can someone tell me how I can get that information sent to me from Microsoft?

So you know what I am talking about, that performance by exam section shows you how well or how bad you did in each section in the exam. These sections are:

- Design and implement core networking infrastructure (20 - 25%)

- Design, implement, and manage connectivity services (20 - 25%)

- Design and implement application delivery services (20 - 25%)

- Design ad implement private access to Azure services (15 - 20%)

- Secure network connectivity to Azure resources (15 - 20%)

The printer at the testing center didn't have enough ink and they told me not to worry if it is not readable because I will receive an email from Microsoft that includes that information which wasn't the case. I am planning to renew that certificate next year and if I can get a copy of that report, it will be very useful so I can measure which topics I performed worse so I can focus more on that section.

Can someone please provide me some information on how to gather that information?

Hi DarlyJ,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand the importance of being able to access your exam results as these are the proof of your hard work in passing your exam. Allow me to guide you with the steps on how you can view and get a copy of your exam score report.

Usually once you complete your exam, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours after taking it. I also recommend checking your junk or spam folders, as it may have landed on those files.

On the other hand, your score report will also reflect on your dashboard within 24-48 hours, and if it is still not reflected on your dashboard after the specified timeframe, please check the possible reason why your exam score is not showing on your end:

1. You might be logged in to a duplicate account. It is created when you use different information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number.) upon accessing the Learning Site or upon exam registration.

2. System compatibility issue. Please use an InPrivate or Incognito browser. Clear cache and cookies. We also highly recommend installing and using the latest version of Microsoft Edge by downloading it through this link. Then, please allow all third-party cookies through your browser settings.

3. Certification profile is not yet associated with a Microsoft account.

4. Certification Profile is not yet connected to Learn Profile.

Thus, in order for us to check your profile to look into your score report, I have initiated a private message where you can send the requested information to help with your concern.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
