Hello, Vijayalakshmi!

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you have passed the Exam PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, however your Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate is not visible on your Learn account. We will be happy to help you.

We want to inform you that the certification profile has been moved to Learn account: You no longer need to maintain a Certification Profile or MCID separate for your Learn profile, in this case your certificates and information will be in your Learn account.

please refer to the following link with the details about the recent changes:

With this information provided, we recommend you try to access to the Learn Account used to take your exam (please make sure to try to log in using all the possible accounts).

Also keep in mind that you can have up to five school or work accounts and one personal account linked to your profile to use for signing in. Linking a school or work account allows your organization to see your learning progress data. Linking to a personal account allows you to access your learning progress regardless of your employment status.

To link another Microsoft account to your Learn profile:

  1. Select the profile icon in the top, right corner

  2. Select Settings

  3. Under Account Management, select Add account

  4. Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to link

If you are still unable to find your certificate, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

Hi, Vijayalakshmi!

Thank you for your reply, we appreciate it.

We totally understand how important it is to retrieve your certificates.

If your certificate Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate is not reflected in your account, the reason can be that there is another Learn account.

Due to improvements in security processes, our team can no longer view or update the Microsoft account associated with your Certification Profile.

Based on the information provided, currently all certifications are under the Learn account used to register for the exam. Since your missing certificate was achieved correctly, we can only recommend you the following:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in using all the accounts you have used in the past to get the account with your certificates (you can also verify with Pearson Vue)

Please try to access using all the possible e-mail addresses you have used and let us know if you can visualize your certificate.

Please visit the following link: Microsoft Learn frequently asked questions (FAQs) | Microsoft Learn with further details and information regarding your Learn accounts.

We hope this information is useful.

If no reply is received within the next business day, we will proceed to close and lock this case, as well as this Private Message thread.

Best Regards,

Hello, Vijayalakshmi!

Thank you for the details you have provided.

We can confirm that your certificate is not under your learn account, this means that your certificates are under a different Learn account, therefore there is a duplicity.

We understand how important it is to get the account with the certificates; however, we need to inform you the following: Due to improvements in security processes, our team can no longer view or update the Microsoft account associated with your Certification Profile.

Since we are not available to retrieve the account, in this case we recommend you try all the possible e-mail addresses you have (old, new)

Please use all the possible e-mail addresses you have to access to Learn: Microsoft Learn, because your certificates will be under the Learn account used to take the exams (you can also check with the exam provider)

Please visit the following link: Microsoft Learn frequently asked questions (FAQs) | Microsoft Learn with further details and information regarding your Learn accounts.

We hope this information is useful, thank you for your understanding.
