PLEASE ADVISE COMPLAINT PROCESS

The issue is with the response given to my requests for help.

I am not being helped and my topics are closed and locked, despite me telling the agent on an almost daily basis the issue persists.

This needs escalation!!!

Perhaps check my other threads where I have complained daily the issue persists, only to have no answer and the thread locked randomly.

I note you have not actually responded *at all* to my request for your comlaints procedure, and I doubt this question will get a further response. No matter. I will post another as required.

All my recent threads revolve around the same issue. I have evidenced via PM to Suraj_shetty that I had 2 x free exam entitlement - but I have been unable to book for many weeks now as it says I do not. She says that 'i have been able to book' as I have succesfully booked and sat another exam using an entitlement, but my 2 other credits for free exam are not available to me anymore despite having proof. I have tried multiple machines and cleared cookies. It is not a cookie issue.

It takes 4 or 5 days to get any response. I forget - and then your operators close the ticket as *I* take longer than a day to reply sometimes!

YOU TAKE 5 DAYS :-(
