Pop Up : Error : "A communication error has occurred. This typically occurs due to brief interruption in local internet service.

I was interrupted twice during Az 104 exam. I was using MacBook . First time , I was just not able to see the question when I clicked next . Then the exam window just stopped and no one helped me in chat box , no one called .

- after sometime I restarted the exam , checked in again. After finishing 4 question , it gave me a communication error pop up and asked me to restart the machine in the same pop up .

My internet connection was perfectly fine . And yet the exam hanged twice.

Please help me reschedule.

I know how stressful that can be and this is something that we don't want you to experience.  Allow me to provide recommendations on how this can be resolved. 

We highly recommend to our candidates that, before launching their exam, they should review the OnVUE FAQs for troubleshooting tips and Pearson VUE’s guide to online testing. Additionally, you may also visit About online exams with Pearson VUE | Microsoft Learn.

Meanwhile, if you need urgent assistance with rescheduling your exams, I highly recommend reaching out to Pearson Vue as they have direct access to your exam appointments. If ever you scheduled the exam with company discount applied to it, the best team to seek assistance with is our ESI Support Team, as they handle company discounts and coordinate with Pearson VUE about your scheduled exam. (They typically respond within 3-5 business days) 

In addition to this, if in case you plan to take future exams, you might want to consider taking it at a testing center where you can expect a smoother test experience or use alternative equipment that meets or exceeds the Recommended Specification stated on the OnVUE Technical Requirements for the Candidate page if still want to continue taking it online.

You can also provide feedback to Pearson VUE that will help improve their service and take action on the issue to avoid happening again. To provide comments and recommendations, please access Feedback and complaints | Pearson qualifications.
