We have initiated a Private Message for you to provide us with some details about your account and a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), where we can evidence the situation that you are facing (make sure we can see the email account you are using to access your profiles).
Please include these steps:
Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings. Also remember to make an extra click to have the last picture.

Find the Private Message Feature on the top right corner of this screen as shown in the image below:
