Printing Exam Certifications

I want to print out my Microsoft certifications, but it will not allow me. Reference the pop-up message below.

"Sorry, this certificate is not available for download here. Please access and download a copy of your certificate via Certiport's website at https://www.certiport.com/portal/SSL/Login.aspx"

I received these certifications some time ago, and do not know my login info for Certiport (if I even had a login at all).

How can I get around this? Can I unlink my account from Certiport?

Hello Lewis.

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you have been unable to download your Certificate from Your Dashboard for printing. We will gladly assist.

Please bear in mind that Certificates are available for all Certifications in Your Dashboard except for Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) which should be visualized and downloaded directly from your Exam Provider's site, along with its Badge, in this case on Certiport.

Please try this way and let us know if it works.

View and send transcript digitally

Click the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab). To authorize a third party to see your transcript, click the Authorize a Viewer button and follow the instructions.

Print

To print an Official Certificate, select the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab) and click on the PDF link associated with the certificate to be printed. Select View Official Certificate at the bottom of the page and then click the printer icon within the certificate window. Do not use your browser's print function as it will only print the outside borders of the browser page.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you. Also, we want to share with you the following link for more information:

If you are having issues visualizing and downloading Certificates from Certiport's site, we recommend you contact Certiport Costumer Service here.

They can also be reached at: Phone: 800-497-8923.

Your MOS Certificate and Exams can also be found on your Transcript, which can be downloaded through your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. It may be used as proof of accreditation as well.
