Problem: how to download certification PDF

Hi,

I completed the MS-102 exam on >removed<. In my Microsoft Learn profile, under Achievements, I can see the passed exam listed. If I navigate to Credentials -> Certifications, the exam appears there as well.

However, below the exam, there’s a link that redirects me to a Pearson VUE form. After filling out the form with my personal information and submitting it, I am taken to my Pearson VUE profile, but there’s no PDF certificate available for download—only the score report, which I already have.

When I try again, the same form appears, putting me in a loop with no option to download a PDF certification proof.

Could you advise on how I can access and download the PDF certification proof? Note that the certification is currently linked to my personal Microsoft account, and I only linked my work account to my profile today.

Thank you!

Bye

As you can see, there is no PDF link available, only a redirect to Pearson VUE, where I cannot find the certificate. This issue appears to be related to Microsoft, as the PDF certificate should be managed by them.

My work and personal accounts are correctly linked, so there is no issue there.

I need the certificate for work purposes, as my employer requires it, just as my colleague provided theirs with their certifications. This situation is quite inconvenient and needs to be resolved.

Hi, Alessio.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

As we understand from your post, you have passed Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator, but you did not receive the corresponding Certification. We are happy to help!

Please note that Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator does not grant a Certification alone, as it is only part of the requirements to achieve the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Certification.

The requirements to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Certification are:

You can review the requirements to earn a Certification by visiting the corresponding Certification page and scrolling down to where it says, "Certification prerequisites" as shown in the image below:

Keep in mind that only one of the Certifications mentioned above is required, so you can choose the one that matches your profile the most. Once all requirements are met, the corresponding Certification will be available on your Learning dashboard within 48 hours.

We hope that this information helps resolve your concern. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.
