Hello Microsoft Team,
As I was ready to take the Microsoft`s exam from Pearson VUE, As usual System Check is mandatory for any proctored online Exam.
After checking for Microphone, Speaker, and Webcam, it routed me to check for network requirements and I received the following error message. My home internet speed is really good and it can get 500Mbps. However, since yesterday I keep getting a network connection issue when i test run OnVUE.
I have tried so many times since last night and follow all the recommended steps, including closing my VPN but the issue is still remaining. I need to take my exam coming week and I`m worried about this problem.
Could you please help me solve this issue? Thank you.
Follow as per below step to solve network issue problem at onVUE. But before follow the step and after follow the step result is the same.
