Problem with Exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

I have an Exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. And when the man sended me to my exam It was closed. And then open the page with `rate the interviewer`. So he just finished (or closed) my exam! And on my certification page, my exam just disappeared. So I can`t even change the exam date!

Can I reschedule the exam because It was paid for?

After doing some research, I found that you might encountered a technical issue and the fastest way to get this matter resolved is to contact Pearson VUE directly and file an incident report on what happened while you're taking the exam. Their team will investigate the cause of the error and provide you real-time assistance with exam rescheduling. As their support is the only one who have access with exam schedules.
