Proctor doesn't join

I scheduled my exam in Dec 24 i joined prior to 30 mins and later on proctor and asked for some info and did and atlast she end up the screen i haven't attend the exam but the screen shows that. I completed my exam and again i joined i completed my check in process but waited for 20 mins but proctor didn't join . I need to raise a ticket for this issue .for this will they incur charge .kindly guide me in this

In reference to your open thread, for immediate assistance on how you can proceed with your exam, an incident report must be submitted to your exam delivery provider. This will allow them to conduct an investigation and pinpoint the reason why the proctor did not show up They also have direct access to your exam appointment for modification and rescheduling purposes.
