Proctored exam cancelled due to short form of name

Hi,

since 5 years I do all my exams online. Proctored exams are a great way to schedule exams easy and simple.
One week ago I passed one exam, so I scheduled the next exam for this week using a voucher code.

Suddenly I got the info that my first name on my ID does not match the name I have in my MCP profile.

Yes, I use the short form of my name:

as MCP, On Microsoft, In Business, .. everywhere.

It _never_ was a problem. You can see that I am the person in the ID and all the data is correct.

Now Prometric told me it is not possible to do the exam and kicked me out after 1 hour of waiting. The gave me a case number that has been closed. Support via phone did not help me.

More than that they cancelled my exam and now my exam voucher code is also lost. Great job.

Can you pls help me clarify that situation?
thx, Toni
