We understand you want to know about your Microsoft Learn account.

In order to receive free program assistance, you need to go to the following link:

Please keep in mind that a Microsoft Learn account and a Microsoft Certification Profile cannot be connected, however, we can associate the Certification Profile with a different Personal email address. Be noted that it cannot be a work nor a school account.

We have another free learning platform that is: Microsoft LEARN. This is an apart account and cannot be linked with your Professional Learning Microsoft Account Your Dashboard as they are different learning platforms.

In regards of the Microsoft Learn profile, you can have up to five school or work accounts and one personal account linked to your profile. Linking a school or work account will allow your organization to see your learning progress data. Keep in mind that in order to successfully link an account, it must not have been used to create a Learn Profile previously.

On the other hand, since this course belongs to the Learn platform we would like to confirm that we have limited access to the Learn Platform and we can only guide you to connect with their support line, which can only be reached through the Feedback forms in the bottom part of the Microsoft Learn support - Troubleshooting known issues | Microsoft Docs
