PSI Browser Issues

Hello

I scheduled my AZ-900 exam yesterday via PSI. I logged in 10 minutes before the exam time, however, the so-called secured PSI browser didn't allow me to complete the system check where we show our photo ID and scan the area. I was struggling to get past that for more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. Every time the browser will simply show an error saying the system check failed. I had to close everything and start over again which was so frustrating. The online chat was useless as they just responded with default templates. Not sure if they are bots or human. Also, the online chat will close along with the browser, so literally, I cannot continue chatting with support.

Finally, after several attempts(10-15) it allowed me to go through. Then the proctor joined the exam and I started my exam. While everything was going ok, suddenly the browser got disconnected in the middle(After completing around 15 questions). The entire window closed again and that's the end of it. I could never rejoin. When I tried to enter the psi browser it started from scratch and back to square one. So after more than 2.5 hours of struggle, I finally gave up as it was too late for me. Now I got an email saying I failed the exam which is ridiculous. I want Microsoft to take this seriously as you cannot waste our time simply because of improper setup by PSI.

I want my exam to be rescheduled again and need a proper explanation for the issue I had yesterday.
