On the 21st of October 2020 my AZ-900 exam was scheduled. I prepared and sat for exam but the supervisor did not show. I tried to contact PSI Online via email and sent the message shown here below (but I never got response):
Dear PSI members,
Very frustrated! I’m writing this message as I could not start PSI browser successfully and could not attend the exam (AZ-900), which was scheduled at 20:00 (Dutch time).
How is it possible that candidates who spent many days and weeks to prepare for an exam cannot attend it due to some technical failure. I planned AZ-900 exam at 20:00 Amsterdam time, and installed PSI web browser already at 19:00. But I got repeatedly the following warning:
Please let me know.
I did not know how to contact further and accepted my loss until I saw similar issues raised on MS examination forum.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
