Hello,
I had a AZ-104 exam scheduled, however I need to reschedule the exam for next year. I contacted PSI to do this and was told that I cannot reschedule past the 12/31/2021 date because they will no longer offer this exam after this year.
They have since cancelled the exam for me so it does not expire and become a no-show, and processed a refund however they have advised that I contact the Microsoft team to reschedule this exam under another exam provider for next year. When I log into the PSI portal I still see the AZ-104 Exam as "Ready to Schedule" and a confirmation number. I do not see any indication of the refund processing all the way back to Microsoft Dashboard as of yet for me to reschedule under another exam provider.
Please assist.
