PSI Exam reschedule

I appreciate you for coordinating with PSI to reschedule the Exam AZ-104. Let me assist you in scheduling the exam through a different testing center. 

The GSI $15USD was originally scheduled to expire in December 2020, this offer was extended to ensure learners adjusting to the pandemic had an opportunity to take advantage of the discount.  

From the terms and conditions of this offer, the window to schedule the exam offer is only until December 30, 2021 and the exam must be completed by December 31, 2021 as this offer cannot be extended under any circumstances. 

As per recommendations, you can take the exam through Pearson VUE by scheduling either online or at a testing center, an option to select "Schedule with Pearson VUE" will be available on the exam page when scheduling the exam.

You may follow the steps outlined in the page: Register and schedule an exam on how to register for an OnVue exam.  

As for the refund, I would suggest following up with PSI Support, since it is the Exam Provider who's handling refund inquiries.
