PSI Exam Voucher

Hello,


I have been disconnected form the exam and PSI issued me a voucher to re take it. They have sent me following email


Unfortunately, you were unable to take your Microsoft Certification exam MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration on 09 August 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience. A courtesy voucher has been applied to your account so you can reschedule the same exam with PSI at no cost.


To reschedule your exam, visit your Microsoft Certification dashboard and select PSI in the Exam providers section, then proceed with the scheduling process directly on PSI. Upon completing the scheduling process, please note the zero balance on the payment screen. There is no need to enter credit card information when confirming your schedule.

Once you’ve rescheduled your exam with PSI, you should see the upcoming appointment listed on your Microsoft Certification dashboard.
