All in all, a distressing, frustrating and distressing experience.
I waited an hour as the browser screen was stuck on loading and there was no-one to support. This was after revising and preparing for exam.
Leading up to this I was charged over £400 by my phone network for trying to sort out why exam payment wouldn't submit when booking (I called customer service from the UK on given number, over a few days was kept on hold - there was no warning of large charges).
I am wondering how Microsoft can just sit by and do nothing while its customers are being short-changed by partners.
