PSI exams

I have registered for AZ-900 exam through PSI, and this is the worst experience I ever had in such exams. 

Actually I tried for 3 times to take the exam but always some issues which always caused by thier end. 

First time, I was not able to access the test as thier secure browser stuck and I had to waste almost 2 hours with thier technical support and at the end I was informed to reschedule my exam. And to reschedule my exam I had to wait up to one month for thier approval. 

Second time, PSI system considered me absent even while I was 30 mins before my exam time. 

Third time, which was today also the proctor verification was frozen and actually no response, and the online support actually doing nothing only they calm you down and waste more time. 

I only want to know how Microsoft offer such a poor service like PSI. There's no standards or even experience in handling complaints or even improve the service.. Sorry to say but it's only time waster. 

For the moment, I'm still waiting thier invistigation to approve my exam rescheduled, which will take me another month I think ( and they always say 3 to 5 working days) but this is not applicable in reality.

We received an update from our Support and they mentioned that PSI Support was able to fix the issue and you may now try again to reschedule your exam on the PSI Dashboard.

 

Please let me know the result by sending an updated PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) on the private message.
