PSI was removed from Exam providers on my dashboard, I can't schedule my exam with them (DP-900)

Hi Team,

Follow up with my last issue Here. I contact PSI teams and I get another chance to pass my exam (I get the reply on 28-12-2021). But, without having enough time (since it was exactly before the new year). So, I decided to take it in January. Unfortunately, I found out I can no more take the exam, and your PSI was removed from the Exam providers list.

So, I was asking what exactly happened? And can I still have a chance to pass the exam? (Sorry for disturbing you again. I really appreciate the effort that you're doing to help.)

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.


I do really understand how important it is to take your DP-900 exam through PSI. Let me advise you the reason why PSI is no longer visible under Exam Providers section.


Please know that our contract with PSI has been already ended as this exam offer will only be available until December 31, 2021. Therefore, we are now unable to schedule or reschedule your exam. 


Nothing to worry, you will still have a chance to take your DP-900 exam. Where in, all you need to do is to register the exam with Pearson VUE.


Also, you can check our ongoing Microsoft events such as the Microsoft Virtual Training Days event that will let you to take the exam for free and Discounted Microsoft Certification Exams to take advantage of the exam discount offers.
