Raise a complain against Pearson VUE

Hi!

I have a really bad expierence with Pearson VUE, please assist me!

I had my PL-300 exam at the testing center. After 30 mins of exam I decided to review previous questions, I clicked to "Review question" button and... it moved me to the finished mode! In the new window I had only 5 mins to review all questions and a button "Finish exam". No button to return to the exam.

I immediatelly run for the testing administrator, but she wasn't able to assist me. She said she isn't familiat with the exam interface.

So, instead of 2 hours exam, I had only 30 mins (maybe even less), I didn't even see 80% of questions. The was no way no go back to the exam. 5 mins timer was over, and the exam was closed. The testing administrator can confirm the absence of "return to exam" button, we were looking for it together.

I wrote to Pearson VUE. I have I case ID number and I can share it in private message. But Pearson VUE replied, that the exam was finished from my side, and they can't give a refund.

But I had only 30 mins for the exam, not 120 min, and it's not my fault!

Also, when I asked Pearson VUE, "How to review answers, if review button finishes the exam", they advices me to "Also, if you have any question(s) on the day of your exam, you can raise your hand and ask your question to the tesing administrator."

But,

1. There is no testing administrator in the testing room. The lady sits outside, at the reception.

2. When I got troubles with exam, I called the administrator immediately. But she wasn't able to help me, because she isn't familiar with the exam. "I'm not familiar with the exam interface" - that what she said. She could only mentally support me (big thanx to her!) and wait with me, as 5 minutes of "Question review" time reached 0 min and the exam was finished.

3. If Pearson VUE don't know, what "Review" button does, then who knows?

To say truly, I'm really disappointed with exam this year. It was my second attempt to pass it. The first one was unsuccessful, because test center WAS CLOSED at the day of my exam, and I spend several hours of my life to come to the registered exam, to discover that it's closed and to solve it. I don't know, if it's Pearson VUE or testing center fault, but the pearson who deals with it is me.

After long waiting, (and loosing some money during the refund because of the currency exchange) the exam was finally rescheduled and... at the second attempt it's closing after 30 mins! And now I'm solving a new case. Really depressing...

I really hope that with your assistance I will have a chance for a 3rd (and succesfull!) attempt without any technical troubles and finally could just live my life.

Thank you/
