Re - My account have been hacked and blocked.

Dear Sir/Madam,

After endlessly trying to unlock my email accounts in the last few days it has not worked using the submission form. I have sent in a number of accurate details and the security information has not been updated in a while as the security number and email attached has expired and I no longer have access too. I am extremely stressed and experiencing anxiety from this all. I was in Thailand for my birthday holiday and on my return I received a very alarming email from my own email address. I am begging for some support as I have very vital documents and information in my account & which I have been waiting to receive. I tried calling the Microsoft helpline for customer services to speak with someone but no avail. I have had my account for many years and feel helpless without being able to access my account. This is my last resort as I have no other ideas on how to rectify and solve this matter. A massive call for help and support - this is the first time I have experienced this. There is no helpful support to speak to an agent over the phone. I have no idea how long it will take for my submitted report to be received | approved.

I am ever so grateful for your response.

I am from**** is there a *** contact number instead? If not, I will have to purchase a phone card to call overseas. This has been super stressful however I am determined to find a way to retrieve my email accounts back.

I would of thought Microsoft would have active agents to speak to over the phone when matters like this occur.

I am praying you're support an advice to contact Canada's Microsoft department will essentially work.

I have just called the number which you advised in Canada and it is the same department I tried on Monday but it's just the use of the ** number. It is useless as it re-directs you to using the online form, which is not working !

I have not had a response from my submitted recovery form in days and it stated a response would be received in 24 hours.

As you work for the team, could you request the team or senior management for help and support to urgently call me instead please!?? +*Personal Information deleted by the moderator.
