Received email ""Sorry we missed you at training"" even after attending full training

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I attended Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Virtual training on 10th & 11th January 2023, I was present for both the days, also provided feedback at the end of the session.

Still yesterday, I received an email from Microsoft Azure Team(*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that "Sorry we missed you at Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals............" . This means I will not get exam discount.

This is so unfair & not at all expected from organization like Microsoft.

Can you please check why I received this email even after attending the training? Will I get exam discount?

Hi Pranali,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you received an email saying "Sorry we missed you" after you had attended the training. Let me provide you with details with this email.

Since you have fully attended the training, though you have received this kind of email, I would recommend waiting for 5 business days (January 18) and trying to check discount as sometimes this automated email was sent in error. Also, this offer is valid for 90 days from the first day of the event and participants can take advantage of up to 8 event discounts.   

Meanwhile, after the said date, you can follow the steps below in checking for your voucherless discount:

Should you experience any issue, kindly reply with the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you signed in until it shows the messaging page along with the requested information I have requested in the private message.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
