Receiving AZ-104 exam badge and getting it on youracclaim.com

Good day, I recently passed AZ-104 exam but didn`t received any confirmation of passing. All that I have - I can download .PDF cert file in my MS learn profile and a banner on dashboard of my profile that I successfully passed an exam. As I see in you instruction for receiving a badge after exam - I should go through a link in confirmation email after exam and create acclaim account after that. So because I didn`t received any emails after exam I just go ahead and created acclaim profile with the same email that I used for exam but my acclaim profile is empty now.

Hello Aliaksei,

Thank you for your response via private message.

I have located your profile based on the information you have provided and confirmed that your Certification badge is showing on your Certification profile.

You should be able to receive an email notification after passing a Certification or Exam from Microsoft to claim your Badge.

You may follow the steps below in claiming your Exam Badge.

1.     Click the link in that email.

2.     Create an account on Credly’s Acclaim platform.

3.     Confirm your account by clicking the link in a confirmation email that is generated after you set up your account.

For further information on how to claim your Badge, you may visit this link.

in the event that you were able to access your Exam Badge on the Microsoft Certification Dashboard and not showing on the Acclaim Site, you may contact Acclaim directly for further assistance.

You may review as well the Badge Eligibility (first bullet) or may refer to the image below for cleared information.
