Recently renewed certifications are not showing in the Credly portal nor didn't receive emails to claim the badges

Dear Team,

I recently updated my 4 Microsoft exams as listed below, but haven't yet received the emails to claim my Credly badges. I'd appreciate assistance in obtaining them.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

- Microsoft Certified: Trainer

Hi, Ashan.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

As we understand from your post, you have renewed several of your Certifications, but you did not receive the congratulatory emails to claim your updated Badges. We are happy to help!

Please note that, as of June 30th, 2023, Credly badges are no longer issued for the achievement or renewal of Microsoft Certifications. Due to this change, when a Certification is renewed, its expiration date will only be updated on your Learning dashboard.

There are two ways to share your achievements through your Learning dashboard. You can share your Certificates individually via the "Credentials" tab, or collectively through your official Transcript.

To view and share your Certifications, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Learn profile.

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."

  4. Select "Credentials" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen, then select "Certifications."

  5. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."

  6. From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.

  7. To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.

To generate the link to share your Transcript, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in using the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Learn profile.

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."

  4. Select "Transcript" in the navigation menu, located at the left side of the screen.

  5. Select "Print" and choose "Save to PDF" to download a copy of your Transcript.

  6. Select "Share link" to generate an online link that will allow you to share your Transcript.

Alternatively, you can also set your Learn profile view to public. This will allow anyone with your Learn profile's URL to view your display name, Learn achievements, Collections, and Q&A contributions.

For more detailed information on this matter, please visit the article: Sharing and validating of Microsoft Credentials | Microsoft Learn.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you or if you run into any trouble. We will be happy to help.

We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

We are looking forward to your response. If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.
