Recover lost Microsoft Certification account

Hi Everyone,

I have recently completed MS-700 exam and received the certification on my personal email.

I updated my primary email address to my 2nd personal email as I have a business email under the same ID - makes it really confusing to know which account i'm logging in with.

For better clarity I will explain a bit more around this:

My personal email was *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (xyz is a company domain) and my business email is also *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. so i decided to change the primary account from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (which is my another personal email ) so its easier to manage - but during this process i did something stupid and now i cant login to the certification profile with *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I really don't care about the personal email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) but wanted to know if I can transfer my certifications and MCID over to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account?
