Recover voucher from cancelled exam

Hi!

Could you help me?

I had an exam (MS-500). But I made a BIG mistake due the time zone (in MCP site the time was 30 of March but the exam was 29 of March).


So, I lost the exam. I opened a case on Pearson Vue and explained this (and that this never happen before). I asked for them if is possible recover the voucher.
They said that the voucher was recovered but is needed contact the Microsoft (I think because was a voucher from Ignite 2020).

Please, could you recover my voucher? I need reschedule the MS-500 exam!
