Hi shadowman123,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are having issues with the interval period of the refundable no show exam deposit. Allow me to provide you with additional details about this.

Microsoft updated its exam no show policy, where learners who miss any scheduled exam in a rolling 180-day period are required to pay a refundable deposit when scheduling the next one. Once you have successfully attended your exam for the second attempt, you are required to wait within 5-7 business days or depending on your bank billing cycle to receive your refund.

Should you have additional concerns or clarification regarding this matter, it is highly recommended to contact Pearson VUE support team, as their team has expertise regarding "Refundable No-show Exam Deposit".

For future reference, my team's scope of support covers assistance in exam registration and accessing Microsoft Certification profile/benefits.
