Regarding Fraud Certificate Issued In the name of Microsoft by a company .

Dear Sir/Madam,

A company is issuing fake microsoft certificate by just putting microsoft Logo on the Issued certificate  & continuously doing fraud & cheating thousand of Students In India. Where I can report about the same & summit the certificate to check its authentication . 

Please help I have paid Rs.2000 for fake certificate which I can't show anywhere.  Please help!!
