regarding pearson VUE exam experience

Hello MS certification team,

I had exam scheduled yesterday (DP 900) at 5:45 PM EST.

I waited for 40 odd minutes but still proctor did not appear.

Then I tried to call their support number, but number could not get through as there were no agents available.

After wasting more than one hour I dropped out of exam.

Now I can not reschedule my exam and I am not getting any guidance from VUE on the next steps.

Please take a look at it and help me.

We understand this is worrisome. However, we request you to contact the Person VUE support for further assistance. They are the exam providers and since you have issues with PEARSON VUE, Microsoft has no scope over that.
